Audience: University Staff Accessing the VPN Service
Description: During the time frame given above the ITS will be commissioning a new VPN server for the staff VPN service. This new server replaces the unit that failed during a software upgrade on 31 January 2018.
The commissioning process will involve a shutdown of the active VPN server, so clients will experience a disconnection from the VPN service during the given time window but should be able to reconnect again in 5 – 10 minutes.
