Service Affected: ITS Networker Backup Service
Audience: All users of the above service
Description: The ITS Networker Backup Service, which is principally used to back up servers, will be upgraded in stages during the office hours specified above. Overnight backups will be performed by this system as usual, but its daytime restore functionality may be impacted.
Should users have urgent need of Networker Backup’s restore capabilities when maintenance work is underway, they are advised to contact ITS Operations who will endeavour to assist.
