Audience: everyone receiving the details of their University Username by email and the associated password via a txt message
Services Affected: access to all services via the Unviersity username and password
Description: A reminder to reset your password within 7 days of receiving the email telling you your University username and the txt message giving you the temporary password. After 7 days, the password expires and you will need to contact the ITS Service Desk to have it reset.
If you didn't receive a txt message (or have deleted it), please contact the ITS Service Desk to have your password reset (phone: 0800 479 888 or extension 8888, email: its.servicedesk@otago.ac.nz).
