Audience: Users of MailExpress File Drop
Description: Currently there is an issue with MailExpress and Mozilla Firefox.
Users will not be able to add attachments via the “Add File/s” Button. The error received will be “The following file does not exist on disk: <attachment name>”
Workaround: Please use a different web browser. Google Chrome and Internet Explorer appear to work normally. Alternatively, users can attempt to use the Java uploader which is a link below the Attach Files button.
On Firefox if sending fails refresh the page and press send again and the item should be sent.
