Scheduled: Web site search update
Timeframe: Thursday, 15 November 2018 10:00am – 10:30am, then ongoing
Services Affected: All site search functions on University of Otago websites
Description: The current Google Search Appliances the University uses to provide website searching is reaching the end of supported and its license. We are migrating to a new platform to perform this function on the Otago web site. We have scheduled the switch over to the new platform (Syl Search) during the above time frame. There should not be any noticeable interruption to service.
