Services Affected:

  • All corporate applications (including Casper, Training, and Progress) for the duration of the outage
  • Business Objects reporting, Staff WebKiosk, IARMS, and the main university website (otago.ac.nz) briefly at the end of the outage window.

Audience: All Staff and Students

Description: This outage is required to restore the high availability configuration for corporate applications following the issues that have been experienced with Corporate Applications today.
