Description:
We have had reports of issues with the University Printing recharge website. Students report when logging into the recharge.otago.ac.nz website that the Current Balance says $0.00. This morning, Student IT staff have tried logging in to the website with their student accounts and accounts balance showed $0.00 in the balance field as well.
ITS engineers have been notified and we'll update this notice when we have additional information.
