Scheduled: Citrix Virtual Managed Desktop Upgrade
Timeframe: Saturday, 8 December, 9:00am - 3:00pm
Services Affected: Staff/Student/Exam Managed Desktop (VDI)
Description: Software updates will be applied to bring our Citrix managed desktop version up to 7.15LTSR. Updating to this version gives us the benefit of less frequent updates in the future.
While every effort will be made to ensure no users are disrupted during this upgrade, there is a possibility some users may become disconnected from their session, so frequent saving of documents is strongly advised.
