Information: Change to VPN Service
Services Affected: VPN Service
Description: Due to likely demand on the VPN we have now commissioned a new VPN service.
Please see the steps below in order to connect to the new VPN Service:
1. Your current VPN client will have a dropdown box that currently says UO-VPN-SSL
2. Click in that box (Cancel the logon prompt if it comes up) and enter vpn.staff.otago.ac.nz in the address and click Connect
3. This should connect as per normal, you will see next time you open the VPN client it will now say UO-VPN-STAFF – this is the new VPN service.
