·      All academic and teaching staff using Turnitin


Description: We are aware of an ongoing issue with Turnitin, in which the application is slow to respond, and may even time out, during submission, during loading of a submitted file or a similarity report maybe stuck as "pending" state.  


ITS are aware of the situation and are currently working on a fix.

 

If you are required to submit an assignment during this time, and experience this difficulty, we would recommend contacting your lecture to provide of copy of the assignment, which can later be submitted to Turnitin.

 

You can also contact AskOtago IT so that a ticket can be logged as proof that this issue is affecting your submission.
