Installing Windows Citrix Client Software
Step 1: Log on to your Windows (PC) computer with administrator access permissions
Before beginning, make sure that you are logged on to your computer with a user account that has administrative access (this means that the account has sufficient privileges to install programs).
Please contact AskOtago if you are not sure if you are able to install programs.
Step 2: Download the Windows Citrix Receiver Installer to your Desktop
Download the Citrix Receiver and select 'Save' when prompted. Navigate to your desktop and save the file.

Step 3: Install the Windows Citrix Receiver
Double-click on the Citrix Receiver icon on your desktop.
Click Install, then Finish.
Step 4: Logon to Citrix
Go to: https://webcitrix.otago.ac.nz and log on using your University of Otago username and password. (You may want to bookmark or drag and drop this link to your desktop for future use).
Click on the Finance One icon:
If you receive the prompt below, please click Cancel without putting in your email address or server.
After a short delay, you should see the Finance One login dialogue box. Log in to Finance One using your University username and password, and Domain set to Registry.
