FileMaker software usage and licence terms
- Staff and students can use FileMaker software on University-owned computers.
- Staff can use FileMaker software on their home computers for University work only. They can only do so while they are employed by the University.
- An annual licence for FileMaker software is available through ITS. The licence period is 1 February to 31 January.

Please complete the order form on the software licence order forms page to order FileMaker software from ITS.
Staff also need to complete and submit a Work at Home application form to ITS if they wish to use FileMaker software on their home computer.
