Lecture Theatre and Seminar Room Booking

Lecture theatres and seminar rooms can be booked for lectures, tutorials, conferences, etc.

All regular classes are timetabled so these do not need to be booked. But if you are a staff member and wish to book for a one-off event (for example, a term test or open lecture), please email timetables@otago.ac.nz with the details of your request.

If you are not a University staff member or your booking is for a non-University related event, please fill out the Timetable Services External Booking Request online form.
