Course Content
This course is a continuation of CHIN132. If you have not completed CHIN132, you may still be able to enrol in this paper if you have acquired an advanced beginner proficiency in Chinese, by completing a beginner-to-intermediate level Chinese course elsewhere (e.g., in your high school, or in another university) or via other means (e.g., living in China, being exposed to Chinese in a family setting). We will study one lesson from the Textbook every 2 weeks. We will begin with Lesson 27 and end with Lesson 32 in NPCR 3. In order to take full advantage of the interactive class lectures, students will do a variety of activities focused on the new vocabulary (peer dictations, character games, etc).
