For most staff at the University of Otago, your first point of contact is your division or school’s marketing adviser.
Marketing advisers are embedded in each academic divisional office, and at UOC and UOW. Events co-ordinators are also embedded at these campuses.

Website services are jointly provided by the Marketing Content and Publications Unit, the Web Design team, and the ITS Applications team.
Your request will be triaged by staff in the Marketing Content and Publications Unit, who will assign it to the relevant team.

Where we are
Marketing Services is headquarted on the ground floor of the historic Clocktower Building, on the Dunedin campus. We’re part of the External Engagement Division, and our offices are adjacent to those of other teams from the Division.
Many staff from Marketing and Advisory, and the Events Hub, are embedded within academic divisions and schools (see first point of contact details at the top of this page).
