Short description of research:
One of the main problems firms struggle with when planning and making decision is the increasing uncertainty in the business environment. As markets become more complex and international trading increases, the problem of uncertainty stemming from the socio-political-economic changes deserves more attention. This research aims at exploring the strategic capabilities such as relationship management which help firms cope with the environmental uncertainty.
