Thesis title: Exploring knowledge transfer in the Food and Beverage Industry

Research summary:

The aim of this PhD is to investigate international knowledge transfer and to understand how the knowledge transfer process unfolds through multi-national employees in the food and beverage industry. Specifically, it explores and explains how international assignees transfer knowledge on the safety and sustainability of food from an advanced economy (New Zealand) to a less-advanced economy (China).
