Why does Lynn enjoy teaching in the MBA programme?

“Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” As a strong believer in realizing purpose in life, I am passionate about integrating sustainability into my teaching and research and igniting the reflections and thinking about corporate responsibility and sustainability in my MBA classroom.

What global perspective is reflected in her teaching?

The international movement towards increased sustainability in the business environment is strong, but local differences vary greatly in their impact on the business community. A common challenge globally is staying current with development and policies that take the next step of meeting ever-more ambitious business sustainability goals. The course will take a managerial approach to the business and society relationships, emphasizing three main themes that are of vital importance to managers and organizations today: business ethics, sustainability and stakeholder management.
