Globalisation and leadership

Globalisation brings a refined demand for international leadership. Global leadership requires more diversity in approach, and a greater need for behavioural flexibility and integration. It requires the ability to adapt and respond to different circumstances and to connect with employees of different ages and different cultural backgrounds. People are key to a company's success. The Organisational Leadership course will help you to analyse what leadership skills are required for the future and to develop these skills.
