Why Dr Leung enjoys teaching in the MBA programme

Teaching in MBA is always rewarding and challenging. It is rewarding because students you are teaching have already passed their entry stage in their career and they are in a position to play much more important roles in their career.

It will be very rewarding to be helpful to those students in an important stage of their careers. It is challenging because most of the students are excellent and also have their independent thinking. In class you should expect challenges to your teaching and ideas and I welcome that.

I use interactive teaching in class and I enjoy questions, comments and different ideas from students.

What global perspective is reflected in your course/teaching?

This is an online MBA program taught to Chinese students so I'll provide plenty of real world examples in the Chinese business and financial environment. The US is definitely the world leader in business and financial markets and I shall also provide lots of real world examples from the US, to be compared and contrasted with that in China.
