Research

Silke is a Clinical Research Fellow in the Suicide and Mental Health Research Group. Her PhD topic is 'The suicide and serious self-harm risk of Mixed Presenters', people who present to emergency departments with self-harm and for other reasons. She works part-time as a staff nurse at Wellington emergency department. Her study is funded by the Health Research Council with a Clinical Research Training Fellowship.
