I maintain my clinical practice by working as a core midwife within the Queen Mary Maternity Centre at Dunedin Hospital.

Research

Doctoral candidate researching equity in maternity care in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Professional Practice Fellow with the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Section of the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health providing a midwifery voice in ongoing research and education, and nurturing women-centred practice. This role models collaborative practice and partnership between maternity healthcare providers to students and colleagues.

My research aim is to improve outcomes and experiences for women through their childbearing years.
