Research

Previous research investigated the role of yoga for the symptom management of musculoskeletal conditions. A specific focus was on the role of relaxation-focussed yoga for management of pain and sleep disturbance in people with rheumatoid arthritis.

Current research includes an investigation of people's lived experience of rheumatic diseases; and the psychometric testing of a quality of life outcome measure for people with ankylosing spondylitis.
