Research

Holly's work in Professor Dave Grattan's laboratory focuses on the downstream consequences of an elevation in Insulin-like growth factor 2 during pregnancy and lactation affecting neuronal plasticity. For this work she utilizes a variety of molecular biology techniques, including in situ hybridization histochemistry and RNA-seq.

Additional research interests include prolactin secretion patterns across different physiological states and species.
