Richard Jaine is a public health physician and senior lecturer at the Department of Public Health, University of Otago, Wellington. Richard's current research interests are in tobacco control. He is a member of the ASPIRE 2025 research partnership for a tobacco-free Aotearoa. Previous work includes research on acute rheumatic fever in New Zealand.
