Overview

We have access to a drug that has been shown to inhibit energy metabolism and proliferative expansion of a sub-population of cancer cells that are typically resistant to chemotherapy. This project initially aims to characterise the effects of this drug on a panel of melanoma cells. The results of this analysis will form the basis of further experiments, including in vivo studies.
