The ANZHAPE conference was held in Hobart, Australia from July 1-4, with 16 OMS staff and students from the four OMS schools attending. Research presented by our staff and students ranged from medical students’ perceptions of what they learn from dissection, through to research on assessment, with some people presenting in several areas.
Congratulations to Mr Tony Egan, who received the ANZHAPE Honorary Life Membership award for his 40 plus years of involvement in medical education accompanied with his many years of service and commitment to ANZAHPE. Congratulations too to 4th year medical student (UOC) Roshit Bothara who was awarded the pre-registration student prize sponsored by the Australian Medicines Handbook (AMH).
