Tēnā koe,
On Monday, 11 September, the University of Otago website otago.ac.nz launched its new content management system (CMS).
The new CMS means that the website looks different. Some of those differences reflect our adoption of new accessibility standards, a horizontal menu across the top of the site and a new search feature.
Almost everything from our existing site has been transferred over, but a new system means there is a new way of navigating around the site. You can learn more and see some of the key changes to the website through our video:
Web Transformation Project – Key Changes
The new CMS means that the website looks different. Some of those differences reflect our adoption of new accessibility standards, a horizontal menu across the top of the site and a new search feature. Learn more about the changes.
We are anticipating and expecting that there will be some issues when we go live. Our website has thousands of pages, and there may be some errors in the way these existing pages have been migrated over to the new platform.
If you would like to raise a ticket based on an issue on the site, have any questions or feedback, please email the project team at: web.project.support@otago.ac.nz.
Ngā mihi nui,
