Innovative biologicals: Overcoming formulation challenges in sustainable agrichemicals

This seminar will examine the complexities of developing biological solutions as alternatives to traditional agrichemicals. Often underestimated or unanticipated formulation challenges arise in creating effective, stable, and scalable biological products. Despite extensive research literature on biological alternatives, technological advancements and innovative strategies to translate this research from the lab to the field have stagnated. Using case studies, this lecture will explore and address the barriers hindering the emergence of a new wave of biologically-based agriculture.
