The 2019 Rowheath Trust Award and Carl Smith Medal reipient Dr Karl Iremonger will present his lecture "Neural signatures of stress".
The Carl Smith Medal is awarded annually to recognise the outstanding scholarly achievement of researchers in the early stages of their career.

The 2019 Distinguished Research Medal recipient Professor Richie Poulton will present his lecture "The Dunedin Study - Making sense of life?" based on his career with the Dunedin Multi-disciplinary Study.
The University awards the Distinguished Research Medal for outstanding scholarly achievement, and is the university's highest distinction.
