A research seminar presented by PhD student Sophie Gangl who will talk about improving understanding of how the complex ocean-atmosphere system is likely to respond to today’s high atmospheric CO2 levels; and includes global warming, ocean acidification, sea-level rise, and ocean de-oxygenation or anoxia.

Satellite Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS) have the potential to deliver precise positioning capability to the general public and enable emerging technology such as connected and automated vehicles, automated shipping and more efficient aircraft operations. This talk will give an overview of the test bed benefits report and the planning for a regional SBAS service.
