While tourism globally and nationally has been crippled by COVID-19 much has been said about rebuilding for a prosperous and sustainable future. Five years on it is timely to reflect on what has changed, and how we have responded to the challenges and opportunities. What new directions have emerged and what progress has been made? Are our policy, planning and management settings right? Are we fit for purpose?
The University of Otago's fifth Tourism Policy School will take place from Thursday, 23 March 4pm until Friday, 24 March 2023, 5pm at the Heritage Queenstown, Queenstown.
