About Professor Susanna Every-Palmer
Susanna is a forensic psychiatrist and Head of Department for Psychological Medicine at Otago University, Wellington.
Susanna has held multiple senior roles across the mental health sector, and this has fed her passion to to rapidly translate research knowledge to benefit people living with mental illness. She believes mental health is a poorly understood (and often misunderstood) area, which academics have a responsibility to address and which she will talk about in her IPL.
This lecture will be followed with light refreshments.
