Where the rubber hits the road: Reflections on being an expert witness in an environment court resource consent process presented by Associate Professor Caroline Shaw, University of Otago, Wellington, and hosted by the Transport Research Network.
Caroline is a Public Health Medicine Specialist and epidemiologist and was recently an expert witness for a cycling group in an environment court consent process about a $700m piece of transport infrastructure.
In this presentation Caroline will share her reflections of this process.
Her current research is at the interface of transport, health and climate change, particularly around the health and equity opportunities offered by decarbonising the transport sector.
