The focus and format of the workshop will include presentations, demonstrations and active participation in scenarios and debrief discussions including:
- Models of debriefing in simulation;
- Underlying theory;
- Developing a structure for your debrief; and
- Transferability of debriefing skills.
This workshop has been developed following overwhelming feedback from participants of our Instructor Workshop asking for more debriefing.
