Professor John Hawley (Director, Mary MacKillop Institute for Health Research, Australian Catholic University, Melbourne)
Professor Hawley is the Director of the Mary MacKillop Institute for Health Research and the Australian Catholic University where he is also program leader of the Exercise and Nutrition Research Program. His primary research focus includes the interaction of exercise and diet on the regulation of fat and carbohydrate metabolism, particularly within skeletal muscle.
