Family, friends, colleagues, alumni and the public are warmly welcomed to the opening of the University’s 150th Anniversary Celebrations.
Children’s entertainment on the night includes giant bubbles and Jenga, face painting, a balloonologist and science communicator Armadeo Enriquez-Ballestero.
Local band Loose and Colourful will be playing on the night, and 10 food trucks will be offering a variety of food for those who haven’t brought their own picnic.
We will reflect on the past, present and future of the University of Otago and ring the original bell from the first University of Otago Clocktower.
A family-friendly event with a carnival atmosphere and children’s entertainment.
