Focus on Fibre and Food Monitoring

The Edgar Diabetes and Obesity Research Centre, along with the Healthier Lives National Science Challenge and The Riddet Institute, a national Centre of Research Excellence, are co-hosting this research symposium and two workshops on 11-12 February, 2019, in Dunedin, NZ.

Focus on Fibre and Food Monitoring programme

  • Focus on Fibre: Monday 11 February, 1pm-5.30pm, followed by symposium dinner
  • Focus on Food Monitoring: Tuesday 12 February, 9am-1pm.

Two workshops, one focusing on fibre and the other on food monitoring, will be held on the Tuesday afternoon, 2-4.30pm.
