Dr Porntip is a world-renowned Thai forensic pathologist and medical doctor. In this public lecture, Dr Porntip will give an overview of the challenges she has faced in her pioneering approach to forensic science in Thailand. She describes some of her most significant and high-profile cases, and her experiences dealing with the identification of victims in the 2004 Boxing Day Indian Ocean tsunami.
