EAT – What should be on our plate?

Professor Sheila Skeaff will focus on the importance of which foods we should put on our plate 

Sheila has an MSc in Nutritional Biochemistry from the University of Guelph in Canada and a PhD in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago. 

Human Nutrition examines how the body responds to food. Plus, focuses on how diseases, conditions, and problems can be prevented or reduced with a healthy diet. Similarly, nutrition involves identifying how certain diseases and conditions may be caused by dietary factors, such as poor diet (malnutrition), food allergies, and food intolerances.
