Integrated Data for Public Health Research

Also available to view live via the internet. See details below.

Through the Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI) researchers can access a wider range of health and social data than ever before. This opens new opportunities in public health research, and also challenges. This seminar will discuss the use of integrated data for health and social research and provide examples of how it is being used for projects in the Department of Public Health.

Sheree Gibb is an expert in the Integrated Data Infrastructure and its use for health and social research. Andrea is a Senior Research Fellow and leads IDI research in the Healthier Lives National Science Challenge. Maddie uses the IDI to evaluate housing-related interventions on health and social outcomes.
