The University of Otago’s Centre for Science Communication is thrilled to host a Facebook Live Seminar with infectious disease expert, Dr Siouxsie Wiles.
As one of the most recognizable faces of trusted information on COVID-19, Dr Wiles, a.k.a. “the pink-haired science lady” will myth-bust some common misconceptions about the pandemic, share the challenges of communicating science in these challenging times, and help to de-mystify the disease by answering your questions.
Join us live on Facebook at The Centre for Science Communication Thursday 30 April at noon!
Submit questions in advance
In preparation for this event, we are gathering questions regarding COVID-19 and/or the communication of the science surrounding it and we would love to hear from you!
Please send your questions to Gianna Savoie at firstname.lastname@example.org by 11am Wednesday 29 April, and we will be sure Siouxsie receives them.
