Department of Medicine seminar series – Dr Justine Camp

New models of care for the new Dunedin Hospital

Dr Justine Camp’s Model of Care presentation will look at the journey that led to the desire for the development of Māori models of care for the New Dunedin Hospital, beginning with the findings from the cultural impact assessment.

Justine will outline the co-design process between Iwi and the project team, and then summarize the findings from the current design briefs. Encompassed within the current design briefs process, a review of the current medical pathways for Māori within the SDHB is being completed.

All University of Otago and Southern District Health Board staff and students are welcome to attend.
