PSYC seminar: Development of programs to scale and sustain effective practices in educational settings

This presentation will describe the process of a small grant funded model demonstration project that has been sustained and scaled to Implementation in over 800 schools during the past 20 years. Lessons learned and program impact will be shared.

About the speaker

Steve Goodman, PhD is Director of Michigan’s Multi-tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Technical Assistance Center. Steve has been in the field of education for 40 years.

Steve is a partner with the Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, a senior advisor with the National Center on Intensive Intervention, and a co-investigator with the Integrated MTSS Research Network. Steve serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Positive Behavior Support.

Steve has contributed to over 50 publications on multi-tiered frameworks.
