The New Zealand Statistical Association is funding travel grants for students presenting at the conference. To be eligible for these awards, applicants must:
- Be qualified to register as a student studying in New Zealand. This requires that the delegate is a full-time student at the time of registration. Students can ask their supervisor to email the Awards Committee convenor, Matthew Schofield to confirm their enrolment

- Provide a single page academic CV
- Provide a one-paragraph summary on why they are requesting funding and how attending the conference will be beneficial to their career
