FAQ s

If you can only attend one day, then Monday is the best day. However, many people like to attend both days, often using Sunday for College visits and getting a feel for the campus and city, so they can spend all of Monday attending academic presentations and talking to staff at the Expo.

We are still putting together the programme for Open Day. We will share it with the mailing list when it is finalised in early May, and also update this page.

There will be several information tents on campus during Open Days, where you can collect programmes and maps, gather for tours, and ask questions.

There is limited parking around the university on a week day. We recommend you stay within walking distance or use public transport to get to campus.

This is the University of Otago’s only Open Day event this year.

However, you can always contact our Schools’ Liaison team to arrange a guided tour of the Dunedin campus at either 10:30am or 1pm weekdays, or a self-guided tour.
