The home has heat pumps, spa pool, great gardens with tui, bellbirds, fantails, etc., is off the street, and very peaceful and quiet. All rooms have wardrobes. The house is semi-furnished. Ideal flatmates would be respectful of common spaces and others' belongings. Reliable with rent and pays bills on time. Loves a clean and tidy environment.
