A place to call home
Monday, 27 September 2021
Hello, I am a 52-year-old working man who requires a new home. Specifically, a self-contained unit/sleepout, as I prefer a quiet, private space with limited noise. For that reason, a boarding house or flatting situation wouldn't be suitable. An all-inclusive arrangement-furniture included, with a budget of up to around $250 per week. Short, or long-term considered.
Was living in Maia and grew accustomed to the area, so there or nearby (Burkes, St Leonards, Roseneath, etc.) would be nice although I am open to further afield such as in town (Dunedin).
I can provide a reference and pass all credit checks and a police check, if that is required. Quiet, conscientious, non-smoker and always pay my rent.
I look forward to hearing from anyone who may have something suitable.

Accommodation needed from 1 Jan 2022

Mature woman looking for rental property from January 2022. I’ve been in my current flat nearly five years. It’s time to move to a warmer place, I feel. Ideally with two bedrooms, but would look at a one bedroom. A bath (as well as shower), a little garden, a sunny aspect, off street parking, are all on the wish list, but not vital. Up to $400 per week. I’m a quiet clean non-smoker, and I will look after your place. Please contact Alison – Alison.firstname.lastname@example.org
