I am a local man currently living and working in Dunedin who requires accommodation. Specifically a self-contained unit or sleepout. I have an autism diagnosis, which means while I enjoy the company of others I also need a quiet, private space with limited noise. I will consider living with others provided they are mature (30+); considerate, quiet and I have my own space. A larger boarding hostel style house is not an option due to numbers and noise. An all-inclusive arrangement—furniture included, with a budget of up to around $180/wk. Ideally within walking distance from the City Centre or surrounding suburbs. At present, l am living in Elm Row and like the area so somewhere there or thereabouts would be nice.I can provide a reference and pass all credit checks. Non-smoker and able to pay rent on time. I look forward to hearing from anyone that has something suitable.

Mature PhD student and partner seeking rental accommodation
Wednesday, 8 August 2018
We are a responsible, mature couple (one working, one pursuing a PhD) seeking a one- to two-bedroom apartment/flat/rental unit to rent from mid to late August onwards (some flexibility in dates) when we arrive in Dunedin. Ideally, we would prefer a fully or partially furnished accomodation that is reasonably priced.

Temporary accomodation wanted
Monday, 3 September 2018
I've taken a position at the University, but my family are still in Auckland. I'm looking for a place to stay Monday to Friday, every second week until the end of 2018. I'm in my 50s and don't smoke. My ideal situation is a spare room/granny flat with its own kitchenette and bathroom, within walking distance of the Hospital. Maybe you have exactly what I am looking for but are reluctant to rent it out permanently. Needed from September onwards.
