We are looking for a furnished house / apartment to rent for a visiting academic and her family (dad and 2 children; 3 and 5 years old) from Austria from end of October 2024 until end of February 2025 (we would be on holidays in January). I am 40 year old Ph.D. student (she/her) looking for a house or apartment near Dunedin bus routes from October 2024. I would prefer a self-contained setup of any type with my own kitchen/kitchenette, a bathroom, and access to a yard for my cat. I am a very quiet and clean tenant - keen on reading and writing.
