What better way to light up winter and celebrate the 150th than a fun night of dancing, glitz and glamour?
Shaping up to be the sparkling occasion of the year, the Anniversary Gold Ball on 10 August is being held especially for staff, alumni and friends of the University.
150th Project Coordinator Kerry Buchan says she hopes staff will join with friends, family and colleagues and come along for what promises to be a memorable anniversary celebration.
“Whether you get a table together or come as a couple or a single, it’s a great opportunity to enjoy good company, delicious food and great music,” she says.
The ball is being held at the Dunedin Town Hall, starting at 7pm. Dress is black tie, business suits and evening finery – be it vintage, red carpet or low key, it’s up to you.
Tickets are $125 and include a three-course dinner and drinks. Tables seat 10 and reservations must be made by 22 July. You can book here.
